At Essential Floatation you can
relax in one of our four float rooms.
Each is enhanced with individual colours
to match your moods - FloatBlue, FloatYellow,
FloatGreen and FloatOrange.
As you enter your choice of room,
relaxing music is playing. After a
shower, you are free to enter the
floatation tank. Once settled into
the floating environment, you quickly
adapt to the gravity-free conditions.
The water is heated to your body
temperature so that your brain cannot
differentiate between the parts of
the body that are above the surface
and those that are below. The dense
Epsom salt solution allows everyone
to float, regardless of shape or size.
After an hour of floating, music
gently awakens you from your dream
state. This is your cue to shower,
dress and move to our rest room, where
you can relax with a refreshing fruit
drink or a herbal tea.
